International Hospitality, Tourism and Events Management (Years 2 and 3 entry only) (Home Scottish only)

This four-year undergraduate master’s course will prepare you with the knowledge, skills and leadership qualities for a successful and rewarding career in nursing. On completion you will be eligible to apply for registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) as a registered nurse.

The four-year BSc (Hons) in Nursing course will prepare you with the knowledge, skills and leadership qualities for a successful and rewarding career in nursing. On completion you will be eligible to apply for registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) as a registered adult nurse.
Nutrition (Home Scottish only)
This four-year course will give you the theoretical understanding and practical skills that you will need to build a rewarding career as a nutritionist.
You will learn the scientific and social importance of nutrition in a modern and forward looking university with excellent specialist facilities and equipment. Integrated real-world experiences, including a work-based placement module will foster your practical skills.
Performance (Year 3 entry only) (Home Scottish only)
Focusing on practice, this two-year BA (Hons) in Performance course offers you the knowledge and skills to make innovative, relevant and engaging new work for contemporary audiences and communities. It is an ‘articulation route’ for students who have already achieved an HND in Acting and Performance.
Podiatry (Home Scottish only)
As a podiatrist you will be a healthcare professional who has been trained to diagnose and treat abnormal conditions of the feet and lower limbs. Podiatrists work with their patients to prevent and correct deformity, keeping people mobile and active, and helping to relieve pain. Podiatrists work with people of all ages, and your patients will count on you to support and help them with a broad range of mobility and medical conditions of the foot and lower limbs.
This four-year undergraduate Master of Podiatry/BSc (Hons) Podiatry course will provide you with the theoretical understanding and practical skills that you will need to build your flexible and rewarding career as a podiatrist in the NHS or private sector. You will learn advanced practical skills on placement to allow you to develop your podiatric skills as you progress through the course.

Theatre and Film (Home Scottish only)
If you love theatre and film you can study them both in depth on the only course of its kind in Scotland. The course combines practical work-based learning with a solid grounding in critical studies.
You will learn about the histories of theatre and cinema, and examine the key critical cultural and political debates. You will explore the spaces of the stage and studio, stage and screen performances and the genres, narratives and authorship of plays and screenplays. We study the economics and management of theatre and cinema within the creative industries.
Alongside the course’s academic core you will have plenty of opportunity to gain production experience from Year One, and can specialise in practice areas in later years.
